Registration Details
Please use this registration form to register for Synod. All clergy delegates must register using this form. Registrations are due TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15 at 12:00 noon.
The proceedings of Synod will begin on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23rd at All Saints’ Cathedral, 10035–103 Street NW, Edmonton. Registration (and light supper) will commence at 5:00 pm, followed by Eucharist at 6:30 pm (including the Bishop's Charge), the Call to Order, and various items of business. Parking will be free in the Impark lot immediately South of the Cathedral from 4:30 pm-10:00 pm on the Friday evening but requires the registration of your license plate with the Synod Office.
The proceedings will continue on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24th at St. Matthias Anglican Church, 6210–188 Street NW, Edmonton at 9:00 am.
Parishes should submit payment ($75 per delegate) to the Diocese for all of their delegates (clergy and lay) by cheque or by e-transfer (to treasurer@edmonton.anglican.ca). Along with payment, please include a note that indicates the parish name and municipality of parish.
Meal Considerations
The Friday light supper will be make-your-own sandwiches. Gluten-free bread will be available as an option.
The Saturday lunch will be build-your-own tacos. Toppings will include gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free options. A morning and afternoon snack will also be provided on the Saturday.
